We do not recommend attemting the repair on your own, many customers have come after they attempt the repair and have damaged the LCD screen. If you shop around for the LCD on Galaxy phones, they cost 2-3 times more than what we charge to repair it for you.

Beware of other repair shops that do not put LOCA on the LCD when installing the new glass! LOCA is a critical part of the glass/lcd assembly if it is not put in the glass will eventually fall out and the sensitivity of the phone will not be the same.

Samsung galaxy note 2014 10.1 inch glass replacement!

Is this post we layout the process for the samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 glass replacement only! 

The first step is to make sure the glass is the only piece that's broken so make sure to turn it on and you're able to see the full picture. If you're not able to see anything or only part of the screen then you will have to replace the LCD as well.

In this case the tablet turns on and we are able to see everything fine.

Step 1

Carefully remove the back cover use a pry tool to go around the entire tablet until all the clips are released.

At this point you can begin removing the glass. It is a very delicate procedure and if you don't have enough experience working with galaxy phones you should not try this.

The glass and the LCD are glued together with loca glue so you will have to heat up the entire screen and carefully pry them apart. This is what it looks like after you successfully remove the screen.

Step 4

Remove the glue residue that's left behind, you can use goo gone and alcohol. Once the LCD is nice and clean you're now ready to install the new glass!

This process is very difficult and should not be performed by anyone that's doing a repair of this kind for the first time.

Step 1

If you purchased the phone from someone else make sure to check if the phone is not blacklisted. I always check by using the website http://swappa.com/esn, in the search bar enter the imei number for your phone get the IMEI number by dialing *#06# and a 15 digit number will appear you will take that number and insert it into the search bar. Then it will tell you if it has been balcklisted or not, if it is you will never be able to use that phone again.

Step 2

Now you You are ready to install the rsim 9 pro, watch this video it which will show you exactly how to do it. The process is plug and play, as soon as you enter the rsim 9 with the new prepaid sim card from tmobile,simple mobile etc a pop up will come up asking what kind of phone you are using(4s,5,5s,5c) you will select the one that matches your phone and then select the original cell phone provider.

Now you will have to install the patch. You must be on wifi, go to the browser and type in www.rsim5.com/nano4g download the patch and install it. This will install an app on your phone called irosetool, click on the app and click on force 2g. Then it will take about 30 seconds to recognize the patch then you will notice you will lose service and regain service with T-Mobile, simple mobile etc. A video with these steps will be uploaded soon.

It is very difficult to repair the headphone jack of the ipod touch 5th generation so if you do not have extensive soldering skill please do not attempt to perform this repair on your own.
