The first step is to make sure the glass is the only piece that's broken so make sure to turn it on and you're able to see the full picture. If you're not able to see anything or only part of the screen then you will have to replace the LCD as well.

In this case the tablet turns on and we are able to see everything fine.

Step 1

Carefully remove the back cover use a pry tool to go around the entire tablet until all the clips are released.

Step 2

Remove the frame

At this point you can begin removing the glass. It is a very delicate procedure and if you don't have enough experience working with galaxy phones you should not try this.

The glass and the LCD are glued together with loca glue so you will have to heat up the entire screen and carefully pry them apart. This is what it looks like after you successfully remove the screen.

Step 4

Remove the glue residue that's left behind, you can use goo gone and alcohol. Once the LCD is nice and clean you're now ready to install the new glass!

This process is very difficult and should not be performed by anyone that's doing a repair of this kind for the first time.

I always check by using the website http://swappa.com/esn, in the search bar enter the imei number for your phone get the IMEI number by dialing *#06# and a 15 digit number will appear you will take that number and insert it into the search bar. Then it will tell you if it has been balcklisted or not, if it is you will never be able to use that phone again.

Step 2

Now you You are ready to install the rsim 9 pro, watch this video it which will show you exactly how to do it. The process is plug and play, as soon as you enter the rsim 9 with the new prepaid sim card from tmobile,simple mobile etc a pop up will come up asking what kind of phone you are using(4s,5,5s,5c) you will select the one that matches your phone and then select the original cell phone provider.

Now you will have to install the patch. You must be on wifi, go to the browser and type in www.rsim5.com/nano4g download the patch and install it. This will install an app on your phone called irosetool, click on the app and click on force 2g. Then it will take about 30 seconds to recognize the patch then you will notice you will lose service and regain service with T-Mobile, simple mobile etc. A video with these steps will be uploaded soon.

iMessage- How to get imessage to work after ios 7 update?

After updating my phone to ios7 everything seemed fine up until I wanted to send imessage .

Every time I tried to enable it by using my apple id and password it will send back an error saying "cannot connect to account blah blah blah" after trying several times with wifi and 4g I decided it was time to do something else.

1. I reset the network settings
2. I did a "hard boot" on the phone this is when you hold the power button and the home button down at the same time until the phone turns off and comes back on, when you see the apple logo come back release the buttons.

That did it afterwards I tried to enter my apple id and password to set up imessage and it worked first try for those that don't know where to do this you go to settings>messages.

If imessage is activated the phone will not prompt you to do so!

Now simply enter your carrier settings for your network and viola!
